ABOUT LDP

LDP is an occasional journal of aesthetics & language. While the journal is largely a blank notebook for writing and sketching that may vary in construction, I also publish, as part of the front and back matter: poetry (especially soliciting vispo and/or concrete poetry), prose, short & short short fiction, "fictionalized fact," drawings, illustration, collages, cartoons, photography, mathematics, music and interviews. The intention of the published work is to serve as "inspiration" for the journal's user. The more varied & sundry the better.

LDP is a publication from Light Density Press.

Submissions are welcome year-round and may be emailed to: edit@lightdensitypress.com.

GUIDELINES : WRITING
1-3 poems or 1 story, piece of prose, math problem, or written music, totaling no more than 5 (typed, double-spaced, 12-point font) pages as inline text or attachment; interviews should be no more than 10 questions also as inline text or attachment (and only 1 page for interviews).

GUIDELINES : VISUAL
1-3 images as an attachment.

Please indicate "LDP / Medium" in the subject heading, whether Poetry, Prose, Fiction, "Fictionalized Fact," Drawing, Illustration, Collage, Cartoon, Photography, Mathematics, Music or Interview.
